The Ponce Project International Piano Competition, organized by the Ponce Project Music Foundation (PPMF), a nonprofit organization registered in the State of Texas, USA, is committed to protecting the privacy and personal data of its participants, in accordance with applicable U.S. and international data protection standards. As part of the application process, participants are required to upload a high-definition photograph of their face and/or torso.

Purpose of Use. 
These images will be used exclusively for purposes related to the Competition and the Foundation’s nonprofit mission, including but not limited to: promotion of the Competition / social media and digital platforms / official websites / printed and digital marketing materials / press releases and institutional communications.

Consent.
By uploading the requested image, the participant expressly grants authorization to the Ponce Project Music Foundation to use, reproduce, publish, and distribute the image without financial compensation, strictly in connection with Competition-related and educational activities. For participants under 18 years of age, the submission of the image constitutes confirmation that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and approved this authorization.

Data Protection.
Personal data and images are not sold, licensed, or transferred to third parties for commercial purposes nor be used for purposes unrelated to the Competition or the Foundation.
